What is the Purpose of SEGWAY?

SEGWAY was created so that the “Lease OptionOmics™” Process would have a source of specialized experts to draw on in order to assist our clients specialized needs into a secure and realistic transaction. Most Real Estate Firms or Brokerages only offer a very small part of the picture, if at all. For example, other programs understand the theory or philosophy behind a Lease Option transaction, but DO NOT understand, teach or empower the implementation process. SEGWAY, utilizing the “Lease OptionOmics™” Process as a vehicle, offer both the philosophy and implementation that is needed to create and then harvest successful transactions.
